Welcome to our first vacation rental house! It is located just south of Ferryville, right on the Great River Road. You can stay for a weekend or a full week. Enjoy the view overlooking the Big River from the HUGE deck, or relax inside the open plan main floor. We're excited to feature our vibrant and fun interior designs, and have everything you'll need for your home away from home! If you're a previous Grandview Motel guest you already know about our commitment to providing an immaculate and comfortable place to stay. The main floor has two bedrooms and there's a third one in the lower level along with large family room with bunk beds -- ample room for up to eight adults. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked, other than your food and beverages. All kitchen, bath, and bed linens are provided, along with many other unexpected amenities!

Cleaning Fee $110
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Well behaved pets considered -- fee is $110 -- maximum 2 dogs.

50% deposit is required at time of booking.

The lower level has been converted from a super large family room to a smaller one and an additional bedroom. Still very spacious -- family room is tastefully furnished, including and flat screen TV. New for 2019 is a fun set of bunk beds. Bedroom has 1 queen bed with French doors leading to the screened deck. There is also a bathroom downstairs, including a new bathtub/shower. Laundry room available to guests. We have screened in the lower deck and have a HOT TUB!

What's in the kitchen? Gas range, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, 12 cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, pizza pan, flatware, utensils, wine glasses/corkscrew, ice bucket, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, mixing bowls, serving bowls, serving tray, measuring cups & spoons, steak knives. Dish soap & dishwasher soap.
What else is there for us? Wi-Fi, DirecTV satellite on both tv's, dvd's, games, cards, books, magazines, alarm clocks. The house has central air/heat and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort.
What is outside for us to use? Gas grill, fire pit, multiple patio seating areas on upper deck and lower screened in deck. Decks face to the west -- there is a power awning to provide shade as needed. The house is just at the foot of a bluff, with woods behind so plenty of songbirds to listen for. We've even spotted a beautiful buck deer in the yard along with a few wild turkeys. Plenty of nature to go around, especially the view of the Mississippi River and surrounding bluffs!
Who would enjoy staying at this awesome house? Couples for a romantic get-away. Family groups. Girls Weekend. Guys weekend. Multiple couples. Fishermen/hunters. We have a covered carport where you can keep vehicles & motorcycles. There's also an area to park your boat, and a fish/game cleaning station. Please note: like the motel, we are located at the foot of the bluffs so driveway goes uphill. The property is nearly an acre in size so plenty of privacy. However, there are neighbors so our goal is for any guests to respect their privacy and quiet as well.
What else can you tell us? We have a listing on Airbnb, and VRBO. We started renting this house April 2016 and have been delighted and amazed with the fantastic response we've had. We are truly very proud of this house and are confident you won't find a prettier place to stay in the Ferryville area!!!!
