Welcome to our second vacation rental property! It is located just 4 miles from the Grandview Motel in Ferryville, up on the ridge in the Eagle Mountain subdivision. You can stay for a weekend or a full week. Enjoy the view overlooking the Big River from the deck, or from the hot tub on the patio, or from the fire pit area, or from the living room, or from the loft! We're excited to feature our modern and unique interior designs, and have everything you'll need for your home away from home! If you're a previous Grandview Motel or Bay View House guest, you already know about our committment to providing an immaculate and comfortable place to stay. The two bedroom/two bath cabin sleeps up to six guests. The kitchen has everything you'll need other than your food and beverages. All kitchen, bath, and bed linens are provided, along with many other unexpected ammenities!

What's in the kitchen? Gas range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, 12 cup coffee maker & filters, toaster, tea kettle, cookware, pizza pan, flatware, utensils, wine glasses/corkscrew, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, mixing bowls, serving bowls, serving tray, measuring cups & spoons, steak knives.
What else is there for us? Dish Network TV satellite on both tv's, Wi-Fi, dvd's, games, cards, books, magazines, alarm clocks. The house has central air/heat and ceiling fans for your comfort.
What is outside for us to use? Gas grill, dining table, seating on deck; HOT TUB and seating on patio below. Separate fire pit area with free firewood. All face toward the magnificent river view! The cabin is located above Ferryville in the Eagle Mountain subdivision so you're up on top of the bluffs. Paved roads all the way to the cabin! Nestled in the woods so plenty of songbirds to listen for. You'll also see wild turkeys, deer, and majestic bald eagles! Plenty of nature to go around, especially the view of the Mississippi River!
Who would enjoy staying at this awesome cabin? Couples for a romantic get-away! Smaller family groups. Girls Weekend. Guys weekend. Multiple couples. Fishermen/hunters. Please note: like the motel, we are located in bluff country so the road is curvy and hilly. Driveway is fairly steep going down toward cabin. The property is over 12 acres in size so plenty of privacy. However, there are neighbors so our goal is for any guests to respect their privacy and quiet as well.

We started renting this cabin August 2017 and have been taken by surprise by the rental responses and feedback we've had. We are really proud of the cabin and its up-to-date decor & furnishings.
