Welcome to our third vacation rental house! It is located just above Ferryville in the Eagle Mountain subdivision. We purchased this unfinished cabin in November of 2017 -- that winter we completed all of the interior and added a circular driveway and landscaping. We are thrilled to show off our rustic industrial design, with a special nod for being in the woods. The cabin is well-suited for groups of fishermen as it has ample space for boat parking, including electric hookups and fish cleaning shed. Duck hunters will enjoy it on the "mountain" as well.

But they're not the only ones who will enjoy time spent at the Woodview Lodge. Two private bedrooms, large loft with 3 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms plus laundry. Also, there is an LP fireplace for those cozy fall and winter days. If you're a previous Grandview Motel guest you already know about our commitment to providing an immaculate and comfortable place to stay. Two night minimum stay. Rates based on double occupancy. Additional guests $25 per night.
Cleaning Fee $110
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Well behaved pets considered -- fee is $110 -- maximum 2 dogs.

50% deposit is required at time of booking.

What's in the kitchen? Electric smooth surface range, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, cookware, pizza pan, flatware, utensils, wine glasses/corkscrew, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, mixing bowls, serving bowls, serving tray, measuring cups & spoons, steak knives.
What else is there for us? Dish Network satellite, Wi-Fi, games, cards, books, magazines, alarm clocks. The house has central air/heat and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort.
What is outside for us to use? Gas grill, fire pit, multiple seating areas on large deck. We're excited to showcase our landscaping as we try to utilize much of what we have found on the property, including lots of rocks. Plenty of nature to go around as resident deer are frequent sightings, along with wild turkey and plenty of songbirds.
Who would enjoy staying at this awesome house? Couples for a romantic get-away. Family groups. Girls Weekend. Guys weekend. Multiple couples. Fishermen/hunters. The property is part of 23 acres we own so plenty of privacy. However, we also own the neighboring cabin and there are other neighbors so our goal is for any guests to respect their privacy and quiet as well.
