What's in the kitchen?  Electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, 12 cup coffee maker & filters, toaster, tea kettle, cookware, pizza pan, flatware, utensils, wine glasses/corkscrew, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, mixing bowls, serving bowls, serving tray, measuring cups & spoons, steak knives.

What else is there for us?  Gas fireplace -- just flip the switch.  Mediacom cable TV, Wi-Fi, games, cards, books, magazines, alarm clocks.  The house has all new HVAC plus ceiling fans for optimal air circulation.  Full bathroom with separated sink area.  Tub/shower combo.  Laundry available.

What is outside for us to use?  HOT TUB in its own screened in porch.  Gas grill, large dining table in its own screened in porch. Separate fire pit area with free firewood.  Very large, flat yard -- bring your lawn games!  All face toward the magnificent river view!  The cabin is located just up the hill from the Great River Road and is at the end of a shared driveway with a privacy fence on the property line.

Who would enjoy staying at this awesome cabin?  Couples for that romantic get-away!  Small families. Girls Weekend.  Guys weekend.  Two couples.  Fishermen/hunters.  Please note:  like the motel, we are located in bluff country so the driveway goes up hill.  Cabin is somewhat secluded, however there are neighbors (including us) so our goal is for any guests to respect their privacy and quiet as well.

What else can you tell us?  We have a listing on Airbnb, and VRBO but you can save their hefty booking fees by calling us direct.  We started renting this cabin FEBRUARY, 2021 and are very proud of the property and the updates we've done prior to opening up for guests, and are excited to continue to improve the grounds as time allows.  We totally expect that you will enjoy a visit to the beautiful Ferryville area in this amazing home!
